Sold an original release Soom Serien/Rico head in normal skin recently to answer a wtb, and the buyer accepted my offer as well as a Faceup!
The old Faceup was character specific for one of my wife’s dolls, but she never used the open eyed head and agreed to let me sell it (she kept the romantic head).

A couple of face ups for my wife on her Soom MD Rico/Serin heads to be her kirin pirate captain character. She allowed me to place some non-permanent piercings which I think really add to this sculpt.
I tried out again the Citadel Munitorum Varnish as sealant, but I just can’t befriend it or see myself using it for commissions. It doesn’t have as much tooth as MSC and takes more layers of color build up to get the same intensity as MSC in 1-2 layers. Maybe I need to spray lighter layers? I don’t know yet, I’ll keep experimenting on my own dolls to see if I can get the hang of it.

A friend of mine from DOA surprised me today with a beautiful SOOM Serin head as a belated Christmas present. ❤️ I've loved Serin / Rico since her first release in 2010, and have always regretted not joining a split years ago. I feel very blessed. 💐 Not to mention excited!!! Anyway, please help me welcome this cutie as she hovers in a "ceremonial" unicorn life preserver. 😂 She will most likely be a hybrid, once I figure out which body I'd like her to use.

Kirby got some ears! They’re the ears that go with dress I got from Mint on Card, They’re not her ears as they’re meant to be, but they’ll definitely do until I get around to making her ears
Eventually I swear I will get around to making Kirby her ears. I made an entire deer costume, one pair of rabbits ears should not be too much to ask of myself
Sometimes Kirby likes to try and retreat into her clothes and her hair, particularly if she’s wearing something fluffy
Kirby is a white soom serin head airbrushed to match a bronze mylo body.
Her wig and face-up are by me, her eyes are from licht and her outfit is from dollheart
