Over the past year I have lost 75 pounds through eating better, watching my numbers alone with walking and exercise. I was at one point 395lbs about 10 years ago, today I am in my 240's and plan to hit my 220's I am a local driver for the last 5 years, did 20 years OTR so I do know the struggle of time, balance and whacky shifts. I am not promoting a "diet" or product, did mine mostly on my own, tried a lot of lose weight stuff (which by the way you read the details it always says "Works best with exercise and balanced diet." No brainer...duh!) since then I am off 4 of 5 medicines,no high blood pressure (hypertension) my A1c is in the 5's,no more cpap,no more snoring or sleep apnea. It was not easy at first it took me a few months before I saw results,it was frustrating and I have days like that still. I deal with them and just view tomorrow as a new day and a new opportunity to more improve myself. Every day,a lot of people have noticed a improvement in my overall attitude. I am very proud of myself where and how far I've come. I know it's hard and I'm in the process so setting up a page on my story of weight loss. It's a lifestyle change rather then a diet, you don't have to eat rabbit for to loss weight, just being educated on knowing nutrition and numbers has helped a lot. The only person who can change you is you! I'm here to help if and one needs it. #truckdriver #trucking #digestive #digestive #a1c #wellness #weight #lifestylechanges #hypertension #igotthis #sleepapnea #soontobesexy
