Today’s workout is my normal but was a little more aggressive as I’m trying to move at a quicker rate as to get the heart rate pumping and blood flowing. 5 Reps at 360 Leg Lifts,360 Curty’s, 500 Sit ups ,300 pull ups then 15 minutes on the exercise bike to get 6 mile/9.6km. Got a good average rate.
