The potty-mouthed Carlos discussion - native Spanish speakers have said that the don’t blink English subtitles don’t really capture the nuances of Carlos’ speech. He apparently swears much more in Spanish and uses a lot of slang when just hanging out with his friends. Much more casual than when he speaks in English.

That makes sense given that he’s learned English for a professional career and not just for his own casual use. I do love to learn the nuances of how the drivers speak in their first languages, it’s soooo interesting to me.

Oh ya story time: so I cut my finger open at work and there's this (cute) boy with a cool accent (who I'm trying to get a picture of for Liz) who works in another dept. and he was in ours talking to the guy I closed with and he goes "let me see" so I show him and he's like examining my hand and goes "I can fix your finger but I have to give you CPR first." And I just awkwardly laughed and walked away but it was so funny and cute and he's a nice boy and I think he and Liz should date. Liz, move to Missouri.
