ok well that was kinda crappy😭 its probably ME/CFS but like i was just told to pace nyself and experiment with taking breaks and to not do the exercise i have been doing which isnt fun . wanna be cool and strong and not sitting down for a break when i dont even need it.

dont know what i expected apart from it really . im not going to get better from a chronic illness but i wanted to. yk.
