Uhhh *flips through ocs* cherrysong, sootpath, and halfstream.

i’ve pitched a few solid ships for cherrysong in cherrysong / pigeonpaw and cherrysong / applepaw, so! focusing on sootpath and halfstream...

though i don’t know how smoothly it’d work out in the start, i am intrigued by the idea of sootpath and morningnose. they’re both full of attitude, and i feel like they’d grate each other’s nerves to begin with, but...morningnose has shown that she’s actually able to wear down the sharper edges of cats like mousetail, so why not sootpath, too? i think they’d have fun gossiping together, and though their similiarities might serve as an obstacle at first, it’d benefit them eventually to have each other, i think! i really can just imagine them both going to town on rumors about their clanmates, snickering behind paws and pointing when cats aren’t looking...it’d be funny.

for halfstream i have to go a bit more out there because there’s no one particular in nettleclan i feel that would pair well with him, but one little concept i have is smokeflower being paired with him. they’re both dads who have daughters with major daddy issues, so! let them meet, bond, discuss the endless torment of trying to reconnect with their kits only to be rejected time and time again, and...i mean, halfstream’s already proven he’s willing to look across borders for relationships, and though i think he might’ve learned his lesson, i do believe he and smokeflower could be good for each other even just as friendly supporting figures in each other’s lives due to their similarities.
