Talbot gave a humming growl, holding a finger close to the gaping hole in his mouth as he thought for a moment.

Would the flowers count along the lines of "orange stuff"? He supposed they would be, due to them admitting an orange and yellow hue. He tilted his head at the Trick or Treaters. Candy couldn't be that hard to produce! Could it?

Cheryl almost didn't register the words, squinting at the pair for an uncomfortably long time before shrugging. "I... I Don't really have Candy, it's hard to find here... I have gum if that counts? I was saving it for something but if it's already Halloween..."

Digging around her pockets, she produced two wrapped pieces of gum, kind of smeared with blight serum, and dropped them in the candy bags. "Happy Halloween, and be careful. There are worse things than usual running around the fog these days..."
