“Love is a recipe, it's all the little snippets and parts of relationships that go unnoticed, that go by without appreciation. Love is saying good morning and good night, its lying together in silence because you ran out of things to say. Love is being speechless when you look at them because you forget how to form words. Love is being there for them no matter what, and putting a hold on whatever you’re doing to be there for them. It's the little touches that signify they’re there and you are wanted. Its kissing them everywhere and telling them all your deepest secrets. Love is the ability to love yourself unconditionally because it's not only their job. It is getting high together, it's saying i'm sorry even if you don’t mean it. Love is being put in uncomfortable situations because life isn't easy. Its crying and pain and heartbreak. Love is unconditional. Love doesn't go anywhere. It's the little moments in bed when you're the only one awake and you're staring at them because you can't help it. It's the drive at night with music blasting and the adventures to call your own. Love is having the ability to not give a shit about what you’re doing because they don’t care how silly you are. It's feeling scattered because you're scared to give them your all, scared to feel it, scared to get attached and be in their life always because that's all you want. Love is a recipe that doesn't have to be followed, it's different for everyone. It's being able to distance yourself, it's being able to give yourself over to them fully in all aspects of your life no matter what. Love is meeting their friends and family and being yourself because that why they love you. Its being passionate and messy and not being able to get enough of them. It's getting used to their smell and being able to pick them out of a crowd anywhere. Love is like a drug, once you have it you never want to stop loving them because without them you don't know how to breathe.”
