I loved Sorekara and so I drew Vash; I really wanted to see him happy ;; In this piece I imagine that eventually he finds a space in the vast universe where he feels more at peace with himself and what he's lost.

Sorekara was an absurdly beautiful atmospheric experience. I was so in awe of the artistic orchestration of it; you're incredible at invoking emotion through your settings and characters. And speaking of characters! Every sprite had a lot of life and personality to them, I thought they were all wonderful. Your writing is measured, thoughtful, and reflective, and has this feeling of melancholic peace to it that paired beautifully with the themes of loss and connection.

I haven't had a chance yet to play your other games, but they're definitely going on my list! It was a pleasure to play and even more so to draw ❤️ I wish you a very happy holidays and a wonderful start of the new year ahead :)

The Naked King (1987), False Prophets (1987), After That (1989), Idler (1989), Play (1990), Jagatara

No, none of Jagatara’s latter works quite matched the unhinged joy of the band’s debut, but that doesn’t matter. The energy was still sky-high, the vibes phenomenal, the joy inescapable. All is terrific, but The Naked King [Hadaka no ōsama] and Idler [Gokutsubushi] are most worth marking out.
