Good afternoon and happy Derby Day everyone! For those who don’t care about horse racing happy Saturday I guess. Kidding, kidding, seriously, I’m happy to have yall here, because today I have the honor of presenting:

It’s an au in which Danny, as the title suggests, is half angel instead of half ghost, which I think is honestly a genius way to translate halfas into the spn universe. This fic is funny above all else, just so much fun to read, but still has twists and a few heartbreaking moments. Make sure to mind the tags, is what I’m saying. It’s written like a friend telling a story, very much Danny’s thoughts and the syntax is very much how he’d put things, so I thought that was really neat. I know first person POV can scare people off, but at least read the first chapter, if it hasn’t hooked you by then I don’t know what will.
Go ahead and go follow the author on tumblr, ao3, and ffn. Dunno how active they are on the fandom scene anymore, but she’s got a bunch of fics published for DP, and some for tma, spn, wtnv, and hannibal that you should check out! Or just follow her tumblr, I scrolled through it some this morning and it’s a pretty solid blog, lotta good posts.
