Soriku fluff headcanons, for my soul pls

HNNNNN of course🥺. And honestly we all need them fnwndbe.

*When Riku DOES find Sora, he totally has a breakdown. No one can convince my otherwise. He has a breakdown and hugs Sora like Sora did to him. He just...missed him so much. Plus, he couldn’t show it to the others, so all of that built up emotion poured out when he saw his dearly beloved. Sorry that wasn’t exactly fluff but yeah-

*Riku and Sora sometimes like to hug each other. Like after Soras back, Sora and Riku would hug from time to time. Just to show they love each other and that they’re there for the other.

*Sora might make Riku breakfast at some point. He’d be waking up early and become bored very quickly (like Sora does) and would get up and make some breakfast. He may not make everything perfect, but Riku still smiles when he wakes up and sees what Sora has made for him.

*If Riku ever does visit Little Chef, Sora would convince him to let Little Chef get on his hair and teach him to cook. If not, Sora would do it and Riku would find it adorable everytime Sora laughs and says, “Look, Riku!” He’s so proud of him. Even if he’s being controlled he’s proud

*Riku loves to train with Sora. Even before they were dating, he just loved to train with Sora. That’s his best friend, his dearly beloved, and he trusts Sora more than anyone in the world, so he’d like to train with him.

*If Sora ever saves Riku in a battle (like he did with Dark Aqua and in the Keyblade Graveyard in KH 3), Riku would stare at Sora (when he’s not looking) and would be emotional. He’s focusing on the battle, while also focusing on the fact that Sora saved him. He loves him so much and to see Sora still has his back no matter what, it makes him sob a little on the inside.

*When they were kids, Riku and Sora would sneak onto the play island. Surprisingly, it would Sora that mainly would convince Riku to go with him. Riku had his times of convincing Sora, but in the beginning it was mostly Sora. He couldn’t say no to those puppy eyes, so he always went and played tag with him, fought with their wood-swords, or do whatever any other 5 year olds do.

*Riku and Sora would have sleep overs and Sora would always hug Riku in his sleep. Even if he didn’t have nightmares, Sora would still hug onto Riku because he loves his presence. He loves that he’s there for him, and he feels sturdy to help him stay grounded. Plus, if Sora did have a nightmare, Riku would almost always notice (if he was awake), and would hug Sora close to him and run his hands through his hair to comfort him. Maybe whispering a little, “Shhh...it’s okay, Sora,” every now and then.

*Sora worries often for Riku. He worries about all of his friends, but Riku the most. Irs because he’s his best best friend, but also because he knows Riku needs to be taken care of. Sora knows Riku was a brat awhile back, but he loves him and knows that it wasn’t the real Riku. The real Riku was the sweet, kind, and teasing young boy he grew up with (and eventually fell in love with). Since they’re so close, Sora can always tell when Riku is putting up a front or his holding back his emotions. He always grabs his hand and gives him That™️ look, which is mainly asking, “Are you okay?” Riku smiles and ruffled his hair, and tries to hide it once more. Sora eventually gets it out of him and irs a sweet moment between the two boys.

*Riku will give people dirty glances if he hears someone say something bad about Sora. Sora May be a little clumsy and easily distracted, but he has done a lot. Even when Riku was a BRAT and being rude to Sora, he even knew Sora had done a lot and had become strong he just didn’t want to admit it. So...don’t say anything bad about Sora and you’re good lol.
