the scale of obstacles each PC couple (shadowgast, beauyasha and fjester) faced in the mighty nein. essek and caleb. opposite sides of a political and continental conflict. raised to hate the other. both trying to redeem themselves, yet believing they are unworthy of a happy future. beau and yasha. yasha, on a journey of healing and recovering from grief after the loss of her wife. beau, knowing this and not wanting to overstep and never experiencing a healthy relationship before. having to fight each other when outsiders keep trying to control yasha's mind again. fjord and jester. fjord kisses jester (her first kiss!!!) and fucks avantika in the same episode. yeah. thats it. set us back over a hundred episodes.
