Cupid: I think I might just skip the dance. It’s not like the person I wish would ask me even notices that I exist.
Raven: Are you serious? What would you tell me if I called your show and said I was going to stay home and mope because I didn’t have a date?
Cupid: I don’t...
Raven: You would say that the best way to get that special someone’s attention is to go anyway and have a great time and show them what they’re missing. Isn’t that exactly what you told that guy on Monday’s episode?
Cupid: I can’t believe you actually listen to my show.
Raven: Tell no one.
Raven: If you really don’t want to go to the dance without a date, why don’t we go together? It could be fun. Besides, it would take a little pressure off Apple and Darling if they’re not the only same sex couple there.
Cupid: Oh, Raven... That’s very sweet, but I happen to know that someone is planning to ask you.
Raven: Well, maybe this will teach “someone” that he can’t wait to ask me until the very last minute.
Cupid: All right. I’ll go with you. We can have a good time and teach all those boys a lesson.
Later:
Raven: If we just stand here, no one can tell that we’re here as dates. Come on, let’s dance.
Cupid: Thank you for asking me, Raven. Tonight has been really great and I would have missed it all if not for you.
