lowkey i think the worst (/positive) thing about the chapter 5 weird route is that in a way, she's right. they do become more interesting. the version of you that isn't you. the kris that isn't kris. the noelle that isn't noelle.

the default route's noelle is a noelle who does noelle things. she's cute and i do like her, but i can only really see her surface. the weird route's noelle, unfortunately for her, is genuinely so much more interesting to me. i am more compelled by who she is underneath, getting dragged up from the depths to break the surface. i am fascinated by what she seems to be becoming. i want to see more.

i think i'm learning what it's like to be the knight or whoever exactly was handing out those shadow crystal shards. i'm watching her get secretbossified in real time and it is way, way too interesting for either of us to stop

i try so much to Not Have Favourites (in game) in the fun gang so much that my ass instead of following my krusie dreams is having cute scenes with ralsei and susie in the most 50/50 way possible because otherwise i feel guilty. can we just be a polycule jesus christ. also im so much of a suselle truther that despite me clearly seeing the intense susie crush radiating out of kris i still have to be like You should take noelle not me. im not even interested. like at all.
