(alternatively: Remus not believing Peter when he says Jilypad is interested in him so Remu does the "I'm cold" test (he's surprised by the results))

So-

I think in wolfstarjily world, jilypad would be extremely preoccupied with Remus wellbeing because he is their princess (yes, he is, shush.) The three of them would pester Remus about the winter but he is a stubborn little shit who thinks coats are for weak people. Come on, he grew up in a farm! What he doesn't take into consideration is that he is the weakest bitch and his immune system is fucking shit so that's why he is always sick.

That said, I think Lily would lend him a knitted beanie that she always has on her purse because of this, James would surrender his scarf and Sirius his jacket (that's hilariously big on him.) Because of that, Sirius and Remus would both end up sick and James and Lily would be the ones taking care of them.

It happens every Hogsmeade winter weekend. After leaving Hogwarts, it's a biweekly situation.

Alternatively: Peter realising he was right about Jilypad and cursing his luck for being left out of the polycule. He wished he had stayed silent. His villain origin story is that none of them took care of him during a cold, too worried with Remus' sneezes.
