Was able to make something before the final update.
Hoping the folks that love the franchise or this silly robot can get some healing from this. I know I haven’t posted in… awhile. But I needed to make something for the franchise that’s kept me going for years. The news devastated me, and I’m still in this limbo. I’ll probably be for a long time if I’m honest.
But… here’s the thing.
I know a robot cowboy, you may know him too. Talked with him recently, a handsome fella with a pretty nice horn and chin if you ask me. However…
He told me to tell you to keep your head up Starside. This was just one part of your chapter that’s ending. It may return in the future, you never know what the future holds. Look at better days ahead, more memories to make with the friends you’ve made along this journey, and who knows? You may end up making more pals that fought the darkness off too one day. The future holds so many possibilities. And there’s a lot of good things still waiting for you to arrive at.
He also told me… it’s okay to grieve about this. Goodbyes aren’t easy. They never were. As long as you get yourself up off your feet and look towards the light, just don’t let that grieving destroy you.
We guardians? We keep fighting. Protecting the light. Don’t go gentle into that good night. Guardians make their own fate.
Extra: Yeahh me reveal bleh. Still view me as an exo, trust me if I could be an exo? I would without hesitation.
Here’s the thing, even if Destiny’s franchise ends, like permanently? We guardians continue the story on our own. Me? I’m making a goal for myself to make a webcomic of my Destiny au. Canon characters like Cayde, Andal, Tevis, Shiro, etc in it, and even new characters! Ocs of me and my pals guardians! I can’t wait for people to see the story I have to tell one day down the road. I’ll post the chapters as they come out on here of course. It feels good to me I can still give myself and others more Destiny as time goes on. See you in the stars!
