This picture actually is the result for the latest batch that I just finished teaching and the red one, well, you can guess, is for the fail test. Honestly, this is the worse result I ever seen. And I honestly scared. Why? Because every few months, we have meetings with Managers, Executives etc to show the result's training. Before that, I have to make reports and summaries etc. What excuses should I make? I have tried my best to teach them. Even in some topics I even went one on one lesson and teach them until they understand. What action should I take after this? The superiors will demand some action plan for this failure. Right now, I actually want to give up. Become trainer/teacher is not my thing. I can't do this. Another thing, I only can give training, but I can't forced somebody to learn. Especially adult. They have their own ego. I can't treat them like a bunch of kids. Fyi, I don't tell my trainees that their results will affect my performance. Maybe I have this innocent thought that I want to teach them as sincere as I am without thinking about my performance. Lol! #storytelling #sorryforlongpost #myproblems #trainerproblems

AND MANY MANY MORE!!!! #DEAFTALENT The primary is all about bringing attention to something no other community would put up with. Giving away roles that should be rightfully reserved for individuals within the community! Actors and Actresses have a hard enough time getting work, being unable to represent their community is outright insulting. One of the latest examples of a hearing person with no prior exposure to the community, accepting an role of a deaf character is in ‘Meades.’ When somebody is portraying a certain group of people as an actor, they need to be able to demonstrate different characteristics. When portraying a deaf person, that generally means being more expressive than a hearing person, using their hands to gesture, showing more passion, among many other things. Just based on the trailer, Catalina failed miserably so therefore she took up a role she should have not because she did not do adequate amount of research. Being able to portray a deaf person takes years of being immersed within the culture. I added additional tags to extend my list of amazing and talented actors!! Just watched that video about Tom Bridegroom :(

My whole life I was brought up knowing about gay people, and I was taught that they were people too and that it was 150% OK to be gay. Mum never really made a big deal about it - because being gay isn't a big deal.

I knew that prejudice and discrimination existed but I never understood to what extent. To have a gun held to you and be physically attacked all because you love someone of the same sex is soooo wrong, and it saddens me how some people can't see it. 

IT DOES NOT AFFECT YOU IF SOMEONE ELSE IS GAY.

The bible may say that homosexuality is a sin, but the bible also forbids all of these things:

abortion

divorce

adultery

getting tattoos or round haircuts

pulling out during sex

premarital sex

All of these things are forbidden too, yet they take place every day and nobody bats an eye lid! 

I may myself be an atheist, but I've never had a problem with those who do follow a religion. I've always believed it's personal choice. However, when it is at the expense of somebody else's rights to who they can or can't love, I just can't tolerate it. 

This world is fucking stupid!
