i was going through your fandom sorting hat tag, so i was wondering--why did you put dany and arya in slytherin? :o i can sorta see arya in slytherin, but i tend to think of both of them as gryffs.

lmao that graphic was a looooooooooooong time ago (which is why it looks like crap). I take that back; I also think they’re both Gryffindor now with Dany having a very strong Slytherin secondary (she’s ambitious and her conception of her “people” is very in line with the Slytherin construction of “family”)

Arya I could see in slytherin because she is fiercely inner-circle driven and determined, but I don’t think she’s interested in power for power’s sake anymore. I’ve written a bit about these elsewhere in my “sorting wank” tag.

Sorting game: Arianne Martell, Sansa Stark, Cersei Lannister and Asha Greyjoy

Arianne - Slytherin (she knows what hers, she fights for what’s hers, but also who’s hers), Sansa stark (just done! ravenclaw!), Cersei - Slytherin (kinda like Arianne except I think some of that boldness over stuff that would get her what she wants stuff would push in into Gryffindor sometimes for me), Asha - Gryffindor (she doesn’t want a husband, she wants adventures)

For the Hogwarts sorting ask post. Trish Walker, Luke Cage, Malcom Ducasse, Matt, Foggy, Claire, Elektra, Karen and Frank,

omg this is so long and i’m not done dd so i will just lightning round this as best i can

Trish, Malcolm, and Luke are all hufflepuffs because JJ is a show about burnt toast badgers. Matt and Foggy are probably hufflepuffs but i could see an argument for gryffindor in both. Same for Claire. Elektra is a slytherin, karen probably more of a slytherclaw now that i think about it, Frank is probably a Gryffindor (finite, clearcut vision of justice, etc.). sOrry!

May = Hufflepuff. She is the like earth, everyone’s rock. She is honeybadger epitomized. Not interested in “heroics,” but open-minded and hard working?

i feel weird sorting real people because i don’t make claims for their personal values on their behalf :P  it’s really creepy

but if we’re talking about obama-san and Romney-chan, i’d honestly go slytherin for both!

lbr most of the politicians in our world are slytherins of hufflepuffs! and i’ve read selections of ‘dreams from my father’ that suggest to that snake drive is there.

Oooh can you do Lorelai, Luke, Rory, and Jess from Gilmore Girls? (I'm p sure you've watched it but if you haven't ignore this. Preserve my honor.)

hi! i HAVE seen Gilmore Girls but....I don’t know!? That show is weirdly hard for me to sort! The characters go all over for me lol. 

But hunches because I don’t have enough up my butt for analysis - Luke is a Hufflepuff, Lorelial is either Slytherin or Hufflepuff, Rory and Jess are for sure Ravenclaws

aaand I haven’t rewatch atla recently to make a good decision

but I can say I am sure Sansa is a Ravenclaw and Arya is a Gryffindor. I’ve explained at length why Arya is a gryff here. Please ignore that graphic i made 1000 years ago where i put her in slytherin i’ve changed!!!!

Sansa is a Ravenclaw because she dominated her ideas and interests. She’s arguably the most individualist-minded of the Starks and comes to value thoughtfulness and reasonability over thrills or “honour.” Also, she’s a singer and gifted with her needle and creativity is a sign of a Ravenclaw! Even before her “big changes” I’d argue these traits were present. She likes to take in information.

ok which house is angel? i mean. angelus is pretty obviously slytherin, but angel idek
