The pictures on Spike's Buffy shrine come from:
Top Left sketch- Buffy sleeping from 5x05 (No Place Like Home)
2. Top right photo: Buffy and Willow in Professor Walsh's psych lecture
3. Middle left photo: I can't be sure, but it looks like Buffy at the table during 5x17 (Forever) going over funeral arrangements. We can ignore the continuity error.
4. Photo of Buffy in her white tank top attending her first psych lecture in 4x01
5. Photo of Buffy smiling in a white shirt with a jacket sitting on the Summer's couch- can't be definitive what episode that's from, but from her hair, we can assume it's from an episode in Season 5
6. Middle right sketch- Buffy from 4x08 (Pangs)
7. Middle bottom sketch- Buffy from 5x01 (Buffy vs Dracula)
So the fact that people are entertaining the possibility that they're Angelus's or even Angel's is already ludicrous. What, did Spike send Buffy's photos to Angel in LA and had Angel reply with drawings to be couriered to his crypt?
And is it really more believable that Spike, who lives in a crypt and raids dumpsters for furniture, relying on irregular handouts from the Scoobies, had not only the means to hire an artist that was willing to deliver to his sketchy crypt, but also keep said artist's unfinished/discarded drafts (you can see at least two of the sketches don't look finished- and one looks pretty bad), over him being able to draw them himself? Really?
