After reading the final chapter of Tokyo Ghoul:re I sobbed for over an hour. TG was the first manga I found myself really invested in, and it has been an honor to be able to watch these characters, as well as the mangaka, evolve over the years. Just because it’s over does not mean I will ever love this any less.

Whether Ishida chooses to create another manga or just wants to continue with a part time job I will always support the man who brought me, as well as so many others, so much sorrow and joy.

Thanks for everything Ishida Sui, and good luck.
