The second Soul-makers Gathering

Steve Thorp is convening the second gathering in Wales soon:

"The second Soul-makers’ Gathering is being held over the weekend of 29th - 31st May 2014 (from 4pm, Friday until 4 pm, Sunday), at a residential venue in Gloucestershire.          

The first Gathering took place in September in Pembrokeshire and was a wonderful, soulful, creative occasion. Like that first event, Soul Makers 2 is for anyone who is a soulmaker. You might be a healer, an artist, an activist, a leader, a therapist, a poet – or someone bringing all these together. It is about practice, depth and creativity and forging a new community of practice.          

During the weekend we will explore and develop new integrations of psychology, creativity and therapy for turbulent times. The gathering will be a forum for inquiry and deep conversation to question cultural assumptions about mental health, wellbeing, art, poetry activism and therapy. It will support you in developing life practices and resources for yourself and others you may live and work with." Read more....

it's simply an old habit to forget that we are eternal beings, connected to  all life. we are here to remove the blockages to self-realization, to love and joy, service and compassion
