Who are the Soulcrown: an organization of individuals dedicated to the creation and rediscovery of new and old magics. Whether it be archaelogical finds, reading old tomes, or combining magics together to create something new and maybe improved.

Guild History: The nature of the guild was an organization formed a few years back. With corruption in the higher leadership, Asariel was thrust out of it entirely. No one knew her dedication and contributions to the order. Now she wishes to reinvigorate the flame that was quenched, with herself as the sole leader this time.

What do they do: researching almost impossible feats to show that there is much to learn and create.

Why the name Soulcrown: it has no immersive significance other than signifying royalty in the very important part of living. A brain child thought of by Asariel that associates with her life's work, and she wishes to bring everyone into the fold.

Ranks ♛ Matriarch: leader of the Soulcrown, held only by Magistrix Asariel Ravenscar ♔The Diadem: the leading council that will advise the Magistrix, as well as lead the Soulcrown in should she not be present. ⚜ The Ancients: powerful sorcerers that have proved their worth to the Soulcrown and its cause. Ω Arbiters: non magical or magical guards that keep the peace within the Soulcrown, as well as protect its people. ♥ Practitioner: a regular member of the Soulcrown that may practice what we have to offer/what we discover ♣ Scholar: not always someone that can utilize weapons or magic, but a scholarly type that finds as much information needed for the Soulcrown to go on their missions and finds out important bits of info. ♦ Acolyte: a brand new member of the Soulcrown that is well on their way to their chosen path. ● Adherent: someone not involved with the Soulcrown but wishes to observe and maybe offer assistance when needed. Usually a bystander/friend.

Who are the Soulcrown: an organization of individuals dedicated to the safe and sane practices of hemomancy, other known as blood magic. However, other types of magic and individuals can be involved to help or learn from the hemomancers themselves.

What do they do: researching almost impossible feats to show that there is much to learn from a taboo sorcery, such as curing diseases thought incurable naturally, including ones fabricated and cursed by necromancy.

Why the name Soulcrown: it has no immersive significance other than signifying royalty in the very important part of a living being. Blood utilizes life and can create life, enhance it, and fabricate it. But you can’t function without a soul. A way to not be completely obvious about society of blood mages.

Is this legal: due to the disaster that was Umbric and his gaggle of void seekers, Asariel knows there are a lot of other taboo magic users in hiding and one being her own people. She has always been public about her magic, even when harassed about it. She wishes to call upon all alike- including those not of the new Horde (such as the new blood trolls and bleeding hollow orcs as we get draenor orcs). They might not be allowed in Horde territory, but she will find a way to help them nonetheless, especially with like-minded individuals that can aid her. After all, the blood elves did use the Animus to make blood golems in Talador. It can't be that bad, right?

Quick Update.

I thought I owe you guys an apology for not explaining what’s going on with me right now. No, I’m not in some big depression over Morgan. I ain’t saying I am stable with her being gone but there’s nothing I can do to change that and I ain’t being selfish, she was done. Now, why I haven’t been updating. 

My computer finally kicked the bucket, well not officially. Something in it broke and I ain’t sure what so my brother being as kind as he is has let me borrow his laptop for the time being, Yes it is an older laptop but it works fine except for a bit of lag on Chrome etc. So one big thing I won’t be able to do is streaming for a while, sorry about that.

Anyway, Yes I’m going to keep trying to pump out art. A friend and I have started to work on a game of sorts and I’ll probably be posting concept art on here for the hell of it.

I want to thank my friend @nmodble for featuring my Soulcrown Demon Pony Salem on his ask blog, loved the work dude.

how are the magical abilities of the soulcrown compared to unicorns? Is there any type of magic that they specialize in?

The Regular Soulcrowns, that could be called the Unicorns of Soulcrowns, are very magically adept. Most of them could rival Twilight, and some could even easily par with the Princesses. Most Regulars dream of entering the College of Arcane Arts which is the most exclusive school in magic in all of the Royal City, and perhaps even Equestria. While they use their magic for daily things, Regulars are able to preform impressive spells with little effort, and many of them suffer from the show-off syndrome. They can become quite obnoxious.

Sky Soulcrowns are also able to use magic, but are not nearly as skilled with it as the Regulars. Skies' magic is more useful in day-to-day life, as a way of making things easier, such as hovering heavy objects and opening doors.

Of course, there are exceptions. There are Regulars who are magically untalented, and Skies who excel in magic.

A Soulcrown's magic takes shape after its' owner's personality and emotions. A competetive, hot-headed Soulcrown's magic would most likely become sharp and with a color that matches the passionate fire within the Soulcrown. Large claws, barbed tendrils, any shape that's fitting. Someone who's calm, discrete and controlling might instead end up with magic that's very pale. No real color or very dull color, with sneakier shapes and forms. Shadows and clouds of darkness, shadowy snakes and such. Someone who's happy and full of energy might have magic that's very vibrant in color. The shape becomes bubbly and soft.  But for example if someone is controlling, calculated, yet competitive and passionate, their magic could become something entirely different, like sharp, shadowy claws with hints of red hot passion within. As I said, it all depends on the Soulcrown, their personality and their emotions. Their magic simply fits with who they are, and they're all unique. Their magic is like their fingerprint. None are the same.

Is there any conflict between the SoulCrowns and the Snow Ponies? Or are they fine with each other and live in the north in harmony?

The Soulcrowns and Snowponies live in harmony with each other. While skirmishes have occurred, nothing majorly disruptive has happened between them. They trade with each other and help each other in other ways, and there are even Soulcrowns that live with Snow Ponies, and the other way around. Snowponies are in fact the only other species of ponies known to live within the Royal City.
