Made these QUINOA BURRITOS for my bf today 😊💕 He’s home sick this week, so I wanted to make him something healthy & nutritious, but it also had to be “manly” enough for him to eat it 😜 Filled with mixed greens + quinoa + black beans + tomatoes + avocado + corn + red onion + cilantro & salsa and served with a cashew/sunflower seed garlic sauce 🌿🌽🍅🌯 And well… he loved them 😁👍 #missionaccomplished I had pretty much the same, but in a bowl 🍲 YUM 🙊💦💚 Now I’m gonna make some creamy veggie soup #soupmakeseverythingbetter 💫 Hope you’re all having a lovely day 🤗🌸🍃
