Topa Topa’s South Bound Hazy IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Really interesting hop profile on this with a variety of really complex South African hops. Quite a bit of pine/grass alongside a nice mix of higher tropical notes. Nice soft, creamy body, and not overly bitter. Like its Northern Hemisphere counterpart, quite interesting.
