Jody felt uneasy about all this. This meeting he was setting up with Qhuinn and Quinten. Uneasy but sure with himself he was doing the right thing. Quinn was probably Finn’s closest friend as far as he figured. She might have caught on to Finn’s issues already, given her say. Hopefully. He wanted to meet at Qhuinn’s because he wanted the privacy. Assurance that Layla or Dhani, especially not Dhani, desperate to be helpful, nosy Dhani, would come home early and over hear things Finn hadn’t shared with them.
Quinten was the doctor here, and more over an angel, though that didn’t exactly settle Jody any better. It was having to do this, for now, without Finn’s input. It was about putting together a plan and coming to Finn with a solution. Then, hopefully, they could help him. And he might actually let them instead of running away. Over and over.
Jody was uneasy because he hoped it wasn’t too late. He hoped that not doing this back when Finn had lied to him at the cat cafe hadn’t caused irreparable damage to Finn. He hoped this endeavor wouldn’t cause irreparable damage to Finn’s relationships with all of them.
He knocked on Qhuinn’s door, little Mouse under his arm. The dogs liked playing together, so he usually brought his chihuahua over whenever he visited. @southernxwolf
