Women and children in the displaced site of Garim Wazam, South Eastern Niger, are waiting for medical care at the nutrition unit, which provides free treatment to the children affected by Severe Acute and Moderate Malnutrition (SAM/MAM), treating them with Ready To Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF) and essential drugs. In case of medical complications, children are referred to the Center for Mothers and Children in Diffa town, 40 km away. If current trends continue, 167 million children will still be living in extreme poverty by 2030. So I had an idea
