CZW World Heavyweight Champion Sozio
Every time I've driven to Boston's Logan Airport for the past 25+ years, this old timey appliance store has been there for me to pass by in Revere, Massachusetts.. I've never even stepped foot inside but it was always such a staple of the journey to the airport (we passed it during the final 15mins of a 1hr car ride) and I thought it would be there forever. But I'm gone for a weekend and come home to find it burnt to the ground, so sad... and still so weird cos I literally have no connection to it aside from a quarter-century-to-me roadside attraction!
CZW Cage of Death XVI
2014 has been a tumultuous year for the CZW World Championship. Drew Gulak entered the year, having won the title from hardcore legend MASADA. Gulak lost the title to Biff Busick, protege of Sozio, who wound up losing the title to the leader of the Front. Gulak and Busick, tag team partners in other promotions, are back to being enemies as they both challenge Sozio for the World Heavyweight Championship, along with BLK Jeez. BLK Jeez, formerly Sabian, is a founding member of BLKout, one of the best and biggest stables of modern indy wrestling, and a guy who has graced the locker rooms of ROH, TNA, and WWE.
Since Drake Younger has left CZW, these four are the biggest names in all of CZW and finally, all four are meeting in the cruelest and most demonic dungeons in all of professional wrestling, the CZW Cage of Death.
