Space Care
It's always a good sign when you are able to start doing things you've needed to do for ages and have lacked the motivation to do.
Like making doctors appointments (and/or actually going to said appointments), cleaning up the kitchen/doing dishes, clearing off the table that's full of clutter, dusting, organizing, taking a day to run errands, etc.
It's also a good feeling when doing these things, the little, everyday chores that constitute productivity, don't freak you out or make you disdainful.
Sometimes I think it's important to take care of the space you live in because it puts you a few steps closer to taking care of yourself, too. Also, cleaning up your space means extra room for blanket forts, and as everyone knows, I am absolutely pro-blanket fort.
Today I broke down a bunch of boxes and took them out to the recycling bin, I cleaned the toilet, tidied the kitchen, made lemonade, and started clearing off the table full of clutter. After having so much trouble with motivation and doing things to look after my space and myself... it feels good to not only want to do these things, but to actually do them.
So if you've done some things to look after your space or yourself today, props to you. After all, its the little things that keep our lives going.
