4. the flash season 1 setting up parallels with Eobard's hero worship of Barry when he was young and this universe's Barry Allen looking up to "Harrison Wells" yum yum delicious, everyone gets betrayed, nobody is happy
5. reading the comics and peppering in little bits of Comics Stuff in my writing is grand fun. also that one time joshua williamson casually dropped 'barry, eobard, and iris remember their ENTIRE decades-long comics history together' even if he did nothing with it
