Day 6 of Disember: Treasure Planet. Of course I went with a creature to spotlight this largely underrated Disney film (in my opinion). If you haven't seen it, I think it's worth a watch! Now this isn't a one to one painting of the original Orcus Galacticus seenin the movie. I went with a slightly more alien redesign while still keeping true to the overall feel..for the most part.

Well, it really doesn't look much like a whale, maybe if you squint at it? But it is huge and lives in space.

Space Whale! Extremely proud of this piece

Had seen a bunch of space-themed animals online and wanted to try my hand at it in sculpture form

Painted with black acrylic paint and then detailed with gouaches The Constellations and some of the other stars were done with glow in the dark paint!

Space crocs for a friend. The second picture’s bar thing is unfinished. My other friend did the other shoe. The one we gifted them to loved them!! But sadly do not recommend Acrylics for crocs. I put a clear coat but it ended up peeling.
