I’ve been moving at a snails pace on my property the last few days because of these tiny little guys. Our nearby sinkhole breeding spot has been in full force for some time now and the Eastern spadefoot toads are the first dropping their tadpole tails and hopping across the road and onto our property. Those of you that have been following me for a while know my affinity for toads (& frogs). I’ve posted some videos of them eating on my front porch. I befriended and rescued many toads as a child. Gaining the nickname Toad Girl from my father. I’m still that little girl at heart. ♥️🐸 #flwildlife #spadefoottoad
