This Honeycrisp Apple Sangria is a delightful autumnal twist on the classic Spanish drink. Crisp white wine pairs perfectly with the sweet-tart flavor of Honeycrisp apples and fragrant cinnamon, making it the ideal cocktail for fall gatherings.
Ingredients: 1 bottle white wine. 1 cup apple cider. 1/4 cup brandy. 2 Honeycrisp apples, sliced. 1 orange, sliced. 1 cinnamon stick. 1/4 cup honey. Club soda optional, for serving.
Instructions: In a large pitcher, combine white wine, apple cider, brandy, sliced Honeycrisp apples, sliced orange, cinnamon stick, and honey. Stir until honey is dissolved and all ingredients are well combined. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld. Serve over ice, topping each glass with a splash of club soda if desired. Garnish with additional apple slices and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
