I unironically love The Mom and how after 5 minutes after slaughtering enemies she went to a party in a same dress and lectured me about dressing inappropriately. FINALLY some experience with parents in video games I can relate to!

I also love that it’s your dad who adopted a kid to satisfy his nurturing family needs and your mom just moved on to be a pirate and then a mayor.

my only gripe with the Mom and female characters in general is that they don’t give old women wrinkles. Let them look old, you cowards! Otherwise, it’s very good

Oh my goddddddddd yeah that’s a thing. My parents are good people but have ZERO BOUNDARIES and no idea what to do when I lay mine out. GUILT.

AUGH I went to see them this weekend because my dad had an accident and broke his leg, and it was the worst, because they just kept crossing my boundaries, but like, well-meaning, you know? And any time I reasserted them they just both looked so hurt, and UGH IT'S THE WORST.

Whoops! That was a weird wording thing. What I meant was that on Thursday, two country artists came out, Ty Herndon was the first one to make his announcement. Billy Gilman did later in the day.
