Speak Greek in March: Μιλάμε ελληνικά τον Μάρτιο

Are you learning Modern Greek? Do you have an interest in Greece, the Greek language and Greek culture?

Speak Greek in March is a campaign that seeks to promote the Greek language, particularly amongst Greek diaspora communities around the world. This year, the campaign will focus on promoting Greek on an international level and investigating the presence of the language in various different countries to which Greeks have migrated in the past. Some of these countries include Australia, Canada, U.S, Russia, Ukraine, South Africa, Argentina, Germany. Greek isn’t only spoken in Greece...but all around the world! 

You too can help to promoting the Greek language by participating in the Speak Greek in March Instagram Challenge, in which you will be able to practice your Greek skills by responding to our daily prompts in a short video throughout the month of March. Make sure to use the hashtags #SpeakGreekInMarch and #SGMChallenge when uploading your video!
