Guys idk how many of you know about my issues with my hearing but for those of you that do, I had to use my stethoscope about 48 times today to assess heart sounds and take manual blood pressures and the ringing in my ears and pounding headache is just ridiculous I need to retire already. It’s only tuesday and I don’t think I can take anymore
