Still till this day, my greatest accomplishment is that I’ve endured so much and yet to succumb hatered. But the flip side of this I can be so easily detached from all the other emotions. So idk, idk if it trauma or good acting in this series that had crying so much yesterday. Maybe both who knows

Okay so I have a question: are mages' power levels dependent on where they are in the world? As the Balance is affected by the local culture, would a mage moving to a culture that hates them less (or even not at all) lessen their power some? If so, would there be incentive to a) live in a place that hates you or b) work to increase hatred of people like yourself in your culture?
Interesting question! Answer: Mages don’t actually, like, interact with the Balance that way after they’ve awakened. The whole implosion-of-the-vacuum thing that turns them into mages turns them into a weird kind of anomaly in the ebb and flow of essence; the Balance doesn’t “think” about them in that way anymore, for want of a better phrase. They just float through the stream absorbing and emitting energy as they will.
As for incentives, there actually is still a little bit of incentive to do either of those things! The former because you want to kill and/or fuck with people who hate you (extremely common), the second because you want to have more and more mages like yourself. The second motivation is usually regarded as really fucking stupid, for good reason, but that doesn’t actually stop people from doing it.

Well now I need like an entire chart of this - Scrubs as Neutral Good possibly? Workaholics as Chaotic Evil? Veep - Lawful Neutral or Lawful Evil? (I kiiinda want 30 Rock as True Neutral but that’s probably my positive feelings for it affecting its place)
I’ve seen a bunch of different ones going around but the chart I like is
lawful good: b99 neutral good: scrubs chaotic good: community lawful neutral: new girl true neutral: friends chaotic neutral: the office lawful evil: the big bang theory neutral evil: how I met your mother chaotic evil: it’s always sunny in philadelphia
We love being ignored by "friends"
Having your own Discord is so nice.
Pff it's very hard to not have friends that share the same amount of passion for things that I do. Like I love my friends to death but sometimes I feel as though I'm bombarding them with my interests or my work, I feel kinda bad for doing it and like that they just don't get it.
Hmm like the same feeling as if a parent acted flippant towards a drawing I worked really hard on as a kid.
It feels a lot like that
Tfw u have writers block for one piece of ur fic but some juice for another.
