Summary: Martyn's fucked up. To clarify, he's very very used to, and very very good at, fucking up. But this? It has to be worse. Much worse. Extremely worse, in a way that aches through his jaw, over his top row of teeth, and through his eye sockets. He blinks back spots as he stumbles out of bed and with the sway of the ship under him. He wobbles his way to the other side of the room, collapsing, only partially successful, at the side of the bed opposite of his. He's fucked up big time. And the hoarse grumble of his name by his bunk-mate and second hand Jimmy is more than confirmation of that.

Or, Martyn's vampirism is a curse of little known origin. As he wrestles with a newly developing part of his psyche, Jimmy tries to give some helpful advice.
