when you fall in love with someone, you never ever think that they’re going to love you back. You bury your feelings down, down beneath the crashing waves on the surface, and you hope that they never see the light of day because you know if they do, they’re going to be shattered like fragile glass. But if you do let them see a small glimmer of light, the light breaks through until it’s a clear sky, and your special someone has happened to share the same feelings. Then, those crashing waves start to feel like a calm sea on a beautiful summer day, and your special someone gives you warmth like your favorite hot chocolate warming you up from the inside on the coldest day of the year while you’re cuddled up under your favorite blanket. The air that once felt choking and suffocating to breathe in now feels crisp and fresh, and the scent of fresh picked flowers and rose petals in a gorgeous valley is all you can smell. Their laugh, their smile, the way they fidget when they’re embarrassed and the way their hair blows in the autumn wind while you go about your days; they all feel like a treasure only meant for you. To love is to feel the greatest sense of comfort, healing and warmth after the greatest pain you could endure. To My Special Someone:

thank you for saving my life. I love every bit, piece and part of you, and I would follow you to the other side of the world, to the moon and back, to the sun and to the farthest galaxies and universes. To my special someone: you are the greatest gift I’ve ever received, and the greatest thing that’s ever happened to me. Now it seems to me tumblrs, Saturday night around here has been missing some spice for a while now. And while I ain't quite up on the modern stylings of all you Cholos and Chicanas; the old Katz I ran with all new, Saturdays were the night to show the world how gorgeous that special lady on your are is. And the only close thing we could find to stand next to her shine, was a classic called the "zoot suit" while we danced all night....

Now I ain't 100%, but I am fairly certain that's the lead Chicano Mr. Edward James Olmos. And when he asks to stand and deliver, WE listen. Viva La Rasa!

Sun the Sea Creature!

I am beginning an AU I’m calling Below the Surface. It’s a Sun and Moon AU, therefore there will be a Moon, y/n, Eclipse, and maybe a special someone! ;D
