Didn’t do like half the shit I planned to do today because I just wanted to be lazy. Was successfully lazy.

Had a VERY spicy sandwich for dinner. It was unassuming. And then it stabbed me. Yet it was very delicious.

I do NOT want to work tomorrow. A Saturday, and it’s expected to be our busiest weekend of the month. I have bought a Red Bull in preparation. If I die please tell my cats I love them.

Work was so fucking boring today. Like genuinely holy shit I couldn’t wait to leave

However I went to (big town close by) to swing by some stores before I went home, and there were SO MANY FUCKING COPS. You’d think there was a shooting but based off what was happening I think it was just an attempted theft? Anyway was interesting

Also Bath and Body Works Vampire Blood is amazing. All hail.

the CEO of my job and some other important higher ups came in for maybe an hour today and had some (important) discussions. I tried to stay out of their way. I (mostly) succeeded. they had to scoot over a little when I talked to a customer.

otherwise, today was boring. like genuinely. though and old woman got mad at me for forgetting her senior discount (reasonable), then got more mad when I couldn't apply it after her purchase. (not reasonable.)

went to a farmer's market and bought two scrunchies. that was my day.

i went to a genuine casino for the first time ever today. and it kinda met all my expectations. expensive food (that was surprisingly good) and I would lose all the money I spent ($60). I might go again if someone invited me out. idk

i fucking slept IN today. maybe it's because I was so tired from yesterday. but it's been a awhile since i've slept that late

i had a single VERY productive hour today. got some groceries, did some housekeeping, did some chores, and then I was lazy for the rest of the day. the ADHD just hits like a motherfucker sometimes I guess

today was mildly chaotic.

started off my day at 5:30 am with my cats deciding to cause chaos for 40 minutes and not let me sleep. I got to watch the sunrise yes, but that was while I was trying to sleep.

i then (officially) got up at 9 to make brownies for a 4th of July party later in the day. traffic was hell getting there and back. at least the party was fun.

and now my cat is doing more weird shit.

sometimes I just really hate customers. not for any particular reason, other than the fact that they leave the store a complete mess and it takes nearly an hour to clean up once we're closed.

also fuck management sometimes. making us do stupid shit just because they feel like it? bruh. and when the assistant manager goes on a power trip just to impress the higher ups? ugh

well at least my coworkers see it all and we complain together :P

Watched The Sheep Detectives. Very funny, almost made me cry. 8/10 would probably watch it again

Roommate and I went out for a late night snack run that very quickly turned into buying groceries because discounts. Yippee.

i had my first "this could've been an email" type thing happen (very annoying, but I think it's hilarious in hindsight)

today was....genuinely just a day. nothing super interesting. which I guess is good. but still.

tried out a new restaurant in town. really good, one guy does *almost* everything, sauce could use some work, but the portions were GIANT. overall like a 8/10. probably gonna eat there again.
