The blowfish fugu Zukushi sushi is a special dish made with thin slices of blowfish fugu, which has a unique taste and texture. The soft blowfish and seasoned sushi rice in this roll are a great combination, and the traditional toppings like wasabi and soy sauce go well with it.
Ingredients: 300g blowfish fugu fillets. 3 cups sushi rice. 1/2 cup rice vinegar. 3 tablespoons sugar. 1 teaspoon salt. Nori seaweed sheets. Wasabi paste. Soy sauce. Pickled ginger.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to make the sushi rice, then let it cool. Cut the blowfish fugu fillets into thin slices and set them aside. Put rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan and mix them together. Warm it up until the salt and sugar mix. Add the vinegar mixture to the cooked rice and mix it together gently. Put a nori sheet on a sushi mat made of bamboo. Cover the nori with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving a small edge at the top. On top of the rice, put some slices of blowfish fugu. Use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi up tightly, and then press gently to seal. With a sharp knife, cut the roll into small pieces that are easy to eat. Soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi paste should be served with it.
