Ingredients: 3 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup arrowroot starch. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp sea salt. 1 tbsp ground cinnamon. 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/4 tsp ground cloves. 1/4 tsp ground allspice. 1/4 cup honey. 3 large eggs. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot starch, baking soda, sea salt, and spices should all be combined in a big bowl. Melted coconut oil, eggs, and honey should all be combined in a different bowl. After adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, thoroughly mix them together. Add the dried cranberries or raisins and fold. Separate the dough into eight equal pieces, then form each into a bun. After the baking sheet is ready, place the buns on it. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are firm to the touch and golden brown, in a preheated oven. Take out of the oven and allow it to cool down a little before serving.
