With the herbs and garlic in this baked chicken recipe, the chicken is bursting with flavor. It's easy to make and always results in tender, juicy chicken breasts. It's great for a weeknight dinner or a special event!
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 lemon, sliced. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Pepper, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl with olive oil. Butter both sides of the chicken breasts and put them in a baking dish. Put lemon slices on top of the chicken breasts. After the oven is hot, bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and the juices run clear. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
