Hello, Dr. Ward here again. This is an interesting question, and me and Nicole spent the last few minutes debating it before I answered this message. I assume that by "time-ghost" you are referring to J3110's quantum shadows. In which case, we have never seen a shadow in state of injury. But if one WERE somehow injured, H1509 could not heal it, because his healing abilities are triggered by touch, and the shadows cannot be touched. But if by "time-ghost" you were referring to J3110 as a whole, and somehow suggesting H1509 could "heal" him of his ability to leap through time, we do not think so. J3110's abilities seem to be part of him, not because of some sort of incident that "injured" him. In any case, we won't be trying that, on the off chance H1509 COULD somehow "heal" J3110's abilities. We do not want that. -Ward

I believe it may be a reference to a hallucination. H1509 often hears voices, it is possible he was telling them to shut up as well as me. Or perhaps I appeared to have multiple mouths in his vision. I am sure it is something like that. Even though English is H1509′s second language, it would be hard to make that slip-up twice.  -Ward

I’m concerned that his healing factor might confuse the stabilizers for an illness and counteract them, although I suppose if it’s an active ability and not a passive one, that shouldn’t be a problem.

Oh, you misunderstand. H1509 can only use healing powers on others. There have been specimens with a self-inflicted healing factor, but not H1509. Besides, even if the healing ability was self-inflicting, H1509′s ability does not affect the balance of chemicals in one’s brain. It can heal brain injuries, though those are some of the healing that takes the longest time, but it cannot affect the chemicals they produce, and thus would not do anything to the stabilizers. And you are right, it is active. H1509 needs to consciously choose to do so. -Ward

That’s interesting. Perhaps it’s sleep deprivation? You mentioned that H1509 did not follow the recommended sleep schedule, and I common side effect of not getting enough sleep is minor hallucinations. Perhaps that is the cause? Or maybe diet? -V

We currently believe it is the other way around, that the difficulty with a regular sleep schedule may be a result of the difficulties H1509 is having. Besides, we have done studies on sleep deprivation, and the specimen has not reached the point of minor hallucinations. No, this is because of a condition that existed before we contained H1509. We know this. Which is why it was even more frustrating when Michael continually refused to make an exception to the medication rule, because we KNOW that it would HELP, Michael. -Ward

To: Dr. Jereme Ward: How is specimen C1104’s recovery coming? How severe is the damage? Isn’t C1104 invincible? Sorry about all of the questions, I just really want some answers. It’s a common misconception that C1104 is invincible. “Invincible” means unable to be hurt at all. In reality, C1104 is actually as able to be injured as a normal human, is just that C1104 isn’t able to be killed by things that would kill normal humans. And I think I am safe in saying this is some of the worst damage the specimen has ever encountered. Very severe, just from the wide extent of injuries and the way it...looks.So far things are proceeding to introduce C1104 and H1509 about two days from now, if the preparation goes smoothly. Michael was a little wary about it, since H1509 is still considered a breach risk, but given how C1104 will take months to heal at a normal pace, I’ve convinced him. Introducing C1104 and J0702, however, will take a little more time, because J0702 will need to recover (and no, Michael does not think there is severe enough damage to use H1509 on J0702), perhaps sometime next week.Trust me when I say I am very worried too. Why does it seem I always get the specimens with problems like this? It makes everything so much more complicated.-Ward
