I've generally had good luck with @speedtechlights but trying to file a warranty claim is like repeatedly hitting oneself in the face with dimensional lumber. Keep in mind as you scroll through our email conversation that I've already told them that the light is mounted on the ROPS of a tractor. • Here's what I've ascertained thus far... you might have a problem with your quality control and some of your warranty questions have me questioning whether or not I should include a DNA sample with my answers. • Where is the positive cable connected to? The lightening bolt I harnessed from Thor's hammer. Do you go through any car washes?
