For people currently attending Spelman:

Do you know when you get your decision if you applied Early Action? I know its in December but idk if it's like the very last week. Short cute story to share: I went to see Spelman on November 22,2013 and it was absolutely the best time I've ever had! So besides that, of course I had to raid the gift shop for my parents and I got my mom a hat that says Spelman Mom. She wears it faithfully everyday and yesterday, on her way home from the supermarket, a woman stopped and asked if she could hug her. That woman is a Spelman alumna of the graduating class of 2005. She stopped my mom and asked if my mother had a daughter who currently attends Spelman and my mom told her I applied and all that good stuff. My mother is still standing there with all these grocery bags and the two men that were with this nice woman were Morehouse alums and they offered to carry the bags to our door. And so there did. My mom told me this when I got home and she was like : "Oh, you are definitely going to Spelman. Oh yes you are!" So thanks to those people!
