I do not understand certain fandoms taking a character and twisting him/her until they are completely un recognizable. Like I understand AU's but that isn't what they are doing they are like "character A: is so soft and loving blah blah" when that isn't the characters personality at all? Like what is the point you are just using their face and giving them a personality that is no where near their own like what is the point??
