Would you mind sharing what books you used/use to learn about witchcraft?

Well, actually don’t have many books on witchcraft. A lot of the things I learned came from either Tumblr or other things I found on the internet. Wicca, specifically, I have a book on. Wicca: A Guide to the Solitary Practitioner by Scott Cunningham. Even if you aren’t Wiccan, that book may be helpful because it includes his book of shadows and his ideas about witchcraft being moldable and individual is very encouraging. He is pretty open-minded which is what I like about him. 

Online, I use BiddyTarot for tarot information. It has a lot of resources on there, including card meanings, podcasts, books, etc.

Witchipedia which is a search engine specifically for magic and witchcraft. I’ve found things about plants. herbs, crystals, sabbats, practices and a lot more on there. 

I have also used SpellsofMagic which can be a hit or miss but the community on there allows people to post homemade spells and things like that so I like it for that reason. 

If anyone else has any book or website recommendations, feel free to comment!

I’m curious! I was on it a bit when I was a kid, and I’ve been checking it out on/off over the past few months. It seems dead, but some of the covens seem to be kicking still, and the forums are pretty active!  I can’t tell if people are hanging on out of nostalgia or perseverance.  I’d love to see if anyone on Tumblr is still on SoM!

These are some of the commissions I did for a card game earlier this year. I got to work on a couple of the theme decks, and one of them was elemental dragons! These are a few of my favs from the set, I especially love the steam dragon!
