A comedic retelling of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet," told from the point of view of Romeo's jilted ex, Rosaline, the woman Romeo first claims to love before he falls for Juliet.
Interesting idea for a story. Could've been fun. Unfortunately, there's barely a funny scene.
It's all about Rosaline who's mainly acting like a spoiled brat. And I didn't care about her. The only character I would've liked to see more of was Minnie Driver's nurse.
Side note, amused how they repeatedly used San Gimignano as a stand-in for Verona.
