superman was sooo silly and not in a good way. glad someone else shares this opinion because all i see and hear is praise. also, can we talk about the 2009 level of misogyny? why is everyone ignoring this
The dialogues aren't good. The CGI is bad. The cinematography is lifeless. The colours are dull. The plot is uninteresting. The humour would be slightly funny in an animation format i guess. And you know how it's going to end one minute in. I too had hope for it at some point even though I didn't plan to watch it. But it's just a movie nothing more nothing less. I low-key feel like the state of mainstream cinema is not good lately. And superhero movies aren't actual movies in my opinion : they are products. Since I don't want to rant I will blame marvel and the avengers movies for the public to allow mediocrity on their screens.
