The sphere trainee decided to scout around the cafe seeing what they had to offer until her eyes lie upon a fellow sphere trainee who seems to be collecting as much Luxe’s Yena merchandise she possibly could carry, it was quite a cute sight to see. Minhee couldn’t resist but interfere so she decided to sneak up behind the younger lightly tapping on the other shoulder, “Saerom ah~ you can’t have /all/ of that Yena’s merchandise. I want some too, this is closest I get to see my child~” she said putting her head on the other shoulder pouting like a child trying not to laugh. Minhee love to refer Yena as her child even though technically is not her child but she felt like a proud mother watching her grow over these years so, in her mind, Seoyoung is her child.

dance night away #soohee

It’s cold, windy yet the two sphere trainees Minhee & Soojin decide to practice their dance moves on the beach with no shoes so she could feel the cold sand between her toes with the moon shining down on them both.  It was ideal to way to relax and practice at the same time, she always enjoys spending time with the younger female despite their own differences. The brunette practices her movements for the dance performance on the opening stage for She’z. “How is this? Do I elegant enough yet?” she did the arms stretch out but end up pulling a silly face at the younger as doing the moves over and over can be exhausting, it is good to change it up. 

“Maybe we should just dance to whatever we want maybe put on little show for Instagram or something! It would be fun right?? even though not sure what we could do though-” she said while humming in thought as wiggles her toes in the sand as she loves how it feels under her feet. Dancing without no heels or shoes was very freeing too, it reminds her when she went to her first ever pole dance class with her sister-in-law for her bachelorette party. Dancing is always just fun nothing serious to Minhee as she wasn’t the best one but she could move good enough. Now, it is something she needs to work on as it is part of the craft if she wants to ever debut.

January 2nd 2019, new year meaning it was time to get fitted by the sphere stylists for the jeju concert, it was terrifying and exciting at the fact the sphere trainees were doing an opening number to she’z, on top that minhee will be taking center position with junmyeon which is a lot of pressure as she isn’t very familiar to being center, the last time she was center was during the evaluation which had to be. It was fun being the center of the attention but she still it made no sense as her dance skill was lacking a lot.  The female just stood there letting the stylists checking her measurements, thank goodness she work-out after Christmas and didn’t gain that much weight over that period. Minhee spots another female trainee in the training room and decides to make conversation cause wasn’t sure whether Saerom been in fitting before.

“Saerom! Did you have a good Christmas and a good new year too?” she questioned casually in an attempt to make her more comfortable while she let the stylist takes her body measurements, it won’t be much changed from the last fitting she had back in Convex music video filming. “Are you excited about the performance too? It sounds very lovely, the concept with the petals what not. If I remember correctly, you’re a pretty good dancer too. Are you similar with the style of dance we will be doing??” she generally wanted to know on her opinion on all of this and maybe hearing that she isn’t the only one is nervous might calm her own nerves too.

25th March  2018, The Last Day Of Chococon

Everything has been pretty intense lately from training hard day in and out especially with this ridiculous acapella evaluation like seriously why? It was beyond frustration at least she gets to work other trainees which is a bonus. A part of wanted more acting or modeling types of evaluations which she enjoys the most but she would highly doubt that would happen anytime soon. She was thankful when she heard about chocolate convention coming into town, it turns our big brother got the contract for the security gig for the event. There will be a chance of spotting Sangmin oppa and other family members too. Highly unlikely it would happen as the center was quite huge too besides it would be awkward bumping into a family when hanging out with her friend, Seungcheol. The poor boy needs to relax not get more stressed out.

It was finally lunch time, she felt little aching from practice but she didn’t mind as she was excited about spending time with Cheol at the event. They both need to breathe, relax and eat chocolate. What was the best way to do that at the first chocolate convention in Seoul? Minhee headed down to the lobby in sphere building to wait for him so head straight there so they would get few good solid hours of fun before going back to training. She grabs her phone out of her bag to text him to see where he was before putting on a black face mask to hide her face and pull her coat around herself to prepare for the cold weather outside the door.

* sweet harmonies

The song arrangement require for sweet harmony between the four girls during the chorus, in all honesty, Minhee ability has approved a lot but she feels it needs more practice. Soojung is willing to partner up with her for extra practice to work on their vocal harmonies. Maybe in long run, it would be good to able show off how good these two are in sync when they finally debut in the group under sphere entertainment, that was Minhee’s hope.

“Little Gem!” she called the younger while waving the music sheet of the lyrics to the song Mamacita. Minhee is feeling pretty psyche to performing alongside Soojung once again and she knows that she will be heaven hearing not only her little gem vocals but Tiff too, what’s a bonus.  She studied the sheets of paper, “so so we will be tightening our harmony for the chorus so it can make the trainers proud of us ok?” she wiggles a little while standing in the studio room as so excited to start working on this already.

The party for the ChildFund was actually the sweetest thing, Minhee felt honored to be part of it despite not happy being dressed up as santa’s elf which was not the most stylest somewhat irritating her skin too. The trainee kept her complaints to herself being a happy little elf, greeting the party guests with a kind smile painted across her lips. It seems everyone to be enjoying themselves with sweet chit-chat too, it seems Minhee gain two little female fans who end up just starting watching her and following around. Honestly, it was somewhat cute at first but it starts to feel somewhat creepy. It was like two little girls were plotting something against her, making her feel unnerved by the children. She never really been one who was good with kids but she tried for the sake of everyone at the party to keep a good time going. 

It suddenly turns for a worse, more of little children gather around the elf all wanting attention and to play, two kids decided to cling to her legs thinking it was a fun game and another jump onto the back. Minhee kept smiling throughout the strange torture, she bites her lip looking around for either coach or trainee to help the female out. The girl struggled to walk away with weights of the children around her ankles plus a kid on her back too. “Pst- Sehun- Little help here-” she whispered as spots the fellow santa little helpers to get these clingy children off her.

two, not just one performance, minhee will have to do for the christmas concert. this means really picks up her a-game and practice hard prepare for herself. she needs to focuses specifically on singing while dancing even though it is a lot harder than it looks. she has only done with one or two times not for a concert even, the eyes will be on here. some people recognize her from the commercial so she can’t mess this up no matter how hard it is. 

during her independent study time, she decided to practice a little bit more trying to get her breathing under control as she always so raspy and vocals sound terrible while she was moving around. that’s not what she wants to sound like on stage, she puts her hair in a ponytail stretching a little before start rehearsing in front of the mirror working on the choreography first making sure her movements more smooth and extra cute in some parts too before even tempted to sing the lines she lines which she was given which still came out a little shaky even more as progressed being more raspy instead.

 after the first run, she bites her thumb at the end frowning a bit before grabbing the pen & notebook wrote down on the parts she needs to work on. unaware of her own surroundings as completely absorbed with the task in hand not even realizing if someone came in or not.

It is funny how small the world is, Minhee always thought it was interesting that the boy who she saved from the storms way back when is trainee at the same company as she. She always seen him at other gatherings with the squad but hardly has actual any time together to talk together until this night with all the sphere trainees gathered enjoying a night of karaoke, drinks & delicious snacks too. It was the perfect time to get to know him better as seem just sitting there in the booth munching away at some of the snacks while the boys & the girls were singing their hearts and acting crazy. Minhee approached the other, taking a seat next to her, waving at other to show her presence, “Hey, Seungcheol? That’s your name, right? I thought we get to know each other better. I hardly get the chance even though we end up the same place. Funny about that right?” she spoke in a friendly tone and kind expression on her face.
